You don’t have to manage your emotional and physical struggles all by yourself.
I bring years of experience in mental health counseling and coaching to best support you on your transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Hey there, I'm Linda!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and an Independent Fertility & Family Coach.
I graduated with Bachelor's, Master's, and doctoral degrees in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.
My life experience ignited my graduate research and dissertation study, helping me identify the main infertility barriers causing the greatest distress. From there, I devised new tools and created in 2015 a new important counseling professional position "The Independent Fertility & Family Counselor" missing in the field.
I got inquisitive in my research to the point of making an entirely new exciting career devoted to assisting people like you in building their family and personal wellness.

This consistent work made me realize additional training and knowledge in mental health was necessary to improve my services and the support I could give my clients. So, I returned to school and earned my second Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Since 2014, I’ve volunteered for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association serving as a local and national support group leader, the San Antonio Walk of Hope chair, and an Inclusion Committee Founding Member.
In 2022, I joined the Thrivewell Cancer Foundation family where I currently host therapeutic and support groups for cancer patients and survivors and volunteer for some of their events.
I have additional training and experience in:
-
Infertility & Family Building Counseling.
-
Oncology-Focused Counseling
-
Integrated Behavioral Health Therapy in Primary Care.
-
Perinatal Mood Anxiety Disorders - PPD.
-
Cognitive Process Therapy for PTSD.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT & CBT-I.
-
Solution-Focused Therapy.
-
Motivational Interviewing.
-
Trauma Informed Care.
-
Attachment Theory & Therapy.
-
Positive Guidance Parenting.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy - DBT.
-
Acceptance and commitment therapy - ACT.
-
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
-
Loss & Grief / Depression & Anxiety.
As an aside, I’m also from Italy. I enjoy discussing my love for Italia and can provide services in Italian too!

With a compassionate heart and a wealth of experience, I’m here to help you navigate your unique life’s complexities, fostering resilience, healing, and growth every step of the way.
